Prolific was built by two families who'd been friends for years, with kids who grew up together and a friendship that traces back to little league baseball. A home-brewing hobby turned into a vision for a brewery, and they brought the other family in to help build it — now it's a 15-barrel taproom in Temecula — good vibes, good people, and a rotating lineup that never sits still.
