About Us
Prolific Brewing Company, LLC is a craft microbrewery that plans to operate in Murrieta, CA. Just a short drive from I-15 and Temecula Wine Country. The brewery was founded in 2019 by Evan & Aubrey Kadow after more than 2 years of planning, development, and waiting for the right moment. In 2020 Evan & Aubrey brought in Eric & Tyler Bovich as business partners. Eric & Tyler have been friends of Evan & Aubrey’s for years. Both growing families together with children the same age. Evan and Eric have known each other since playing little league baseball together.
The company’s production facilities will be located in an industrial area, allowing for an exceptionally sized tap room while housing a production area that has room for growth. Prolific will brew on a 7 barrel electric brewhouse with the capabilities of doubling capacity when needed without the need to resize critical equipment. The company is managed by owner/brewmaster, Evan Kadow, and owner Eric Bovich. With the company’s dedication to its patrons and the recent growth of the craft beer industry, Prolific Brewing Company hopes to become one of the most reputable companies in Southern California in the coming years.
